Overall, I would say that my undergraduate research experience has really helped in making me a more well-rounded student. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to focus more on an area of study that I found interesting, and got to work with some amazing people to accomplish my goals. Learning more about the research process and the various tools that we have at our disposal is also another reason why I loved my experience being an undergraduate researcher. I think that my research experience has also given me a greater appreciation of the research process in general which is why I am planning on pursuing postgraduate studies after my time as an undergraduate.
