Goals & Objectives Exercise

Assignment:

Create three project goals and corresponding objectives to meet each of those goals. Goals should be SMARTie: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time bound, inclusive and equitable. When writing objectives, consider: ABCD: Audience (who is doing the action), Behavior (the action), Condition (how and/or when) and Degree (how well must the action be performed)

Example:

Goal: To introduce a year-around recreation education program for youth with type 1 diabetes and their families to serve as a platform for healthy lifestyles.

Objective: Participants will identify three new healthy choices at each REACH session by sharing choices they can make that promotes effective diabetes management.
