Our time at the Marriott Library so far has been nothing short of transformative. The skills we’ve built, the opportunities we’ve been given, and the knowledge we’ve gained wouldn’t have been possible without Donna Ziegenfuss’s passion and drive for Open Educational Resources, and Alfred Mowdood’s steady support of her mission to make change. We’re beyond grateful that Donna and Alfred chose to bring us on—two students who knew absolutely nothing about OERs or library research—and gave us the space to grow, explore, and learn through their mentorship and encouragement.

Huge thanks to all the amazing people at the library who took the time to meet with us, share ideas, and help guide our projects.  Your insight and support meant the world and shaped everything we created. And of course, thanks to Marriott Library administration. Joel Thornton for your support, and Dean Sarah Shreeves, for believing in us and in the fight for affordable, accessible education.
