Assistant to the Dean	Scheduling appointments w/ Dean Tenure and promotion files
Executive Associate Dean	Managing graduate policies and concerns Managing graduate curricula Space management and utilization, focusing on inclusive, equitable, accessible designs/policies
Associate Dean for Research	College research funding College travel grants Grant/fellowship opportunities, proposal advising
Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies	Managing curriculum proposals Undergraduate teaching fellows Oversight of scholarship initiatives Student concerns and needs within the college
Associate Dean for Inclusive Excellence and Belonging	Advocates for policies and practices that promote inclusion and belonging in ARTSCI Contributes to recruitment, retention, and development of all faculty, staff, and students Engages with ARTSCI alumni to facilitate community connections and provide mentorship opportunities Collaborates with key university constituencies and inclusive excellence leadership to develop, deploy, and promote strategic events, programs, and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of inclusive excellence and belonging objectives university-wide
