26 Official Class Rosters

Canvas is not the official class roster. You can access your official class roster on your Banner Dashboard.

To access your Class List/Roster:

• Go to Your Banner Dashboard under Common Tools (my.usu.edu/dashboard)
• Go the Class List under the Faculty Tab
• Click the Subject ENGL 1010, Course # and your class list and wait list will pull up
• You can then press the print button if you’d like to have the full list
• Following the first step, you can also find the photo roster, which will give you a better view of your students’ faces if you’re better at matching names to faces. You’ll find the semester you’re teaching and click on it and then the print button to have that ready for you. Be aware, however, that the photo roster is only updated with pictures once students have had their photo taken for their ID cards.
