23 Modifying Course Content

For your final project in ENGL 6820, you will have the opportunity to create a teaching portfolio where you will have the opportunity to annotate and revise your syllabus, writing assignment sequence, course calendar, and select lesson plans. If you wish to modify the course content, this is your opportunity to showcase the revisions you would make so you can have those changes reviewed and approved by Beth. She is very willing to have an honest conversation with you about how you would go about implementing your ideas, so feel free to stay as true to the content when you teach your next semester’s class or dive into your creativity to make the class more suited to your teaching style.
