25 Class Schedule and Room Assignments

The Associate Department Head and the Graduate Program Coordinator work with the scheduling office after seeing which GIs have accepted their GI-ship to assign class times and rooms. All GIs should be available to teach from 7:30-1:30, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All graduate classes are usually held in the evening to accommodate these teaching times. If you have an accommodation, you can work with HR for a specific classroom that will fit your needs. Preferences for time and location might be considered if the schedule allows. Once you have received your schedule and room assignment, you are NOT allowed to switch sections with another graduate instructor.
