Card Office

The Card Office is located in TSC 212. A Student ID Card is $15 and requires a valid photo ID.

Center for Instructional Design and Innovation (CIDI)

CIDI is happy to answer all your Canvas-related technical questions. Call them at 435-797-9506 or email cidi@usu.edu. Drop-in support is available in Distance Education 311; appointments encouraged.

Disability Resource Services

Human Resources

IT

The Information Technology Service Desk can help with passwords, wireless, and student email. Contact IT via servicedesk@usu.edu, 435-797-HELP (4357), or in person at 820 N 1200 E.

Key Office

Facilities Customer Service & Key Office is located at 1295 E 700 N, Room 104 (in the building just to the east of Aggie Ice Cream). Their number is 435-797-1947.

Parking and Transportation Services

Parking and Transportation Services is on the northeast corner of 1250 N 800 E, 435-797-3414.

Public Safety

The Department of Public Safety is at 1250 N 800 E. In addition to fire or police services, you may contact them for vehicle lock-outs, jump starts, personal safety escorts, and building let-ins (if you lock yourself out of your office after hours!). Their number is 435-797-1939.
