How many roles do you play? What are your responsibilities within each role? How can we manage them all?

We wear many hats! Meaning, we have many roles and responsibilities. Within those roles and responsibilities, we have goals. As we identify the many roles and responsibilities we have and set goals within them, we can find a “balance” as we prioritize our time given to each role and responsibility to accomplish our goals.
