Mindfulness seems to be the “catch phrase” lately, wouldn’t you say? Have you learned about it? Have you tried it? I have! And it has made a significant change in my life. As we watched and learned about stress and anxiety above, see how mindfulness plays into our overall sense of well-being.

The best part of mindfulness is that it doesn’t need to take very long. One of the top techniques to work on mindfulness is meditation – for as little as 10 minutes a day. This TedTalk explains how,

What’s the Difference?

Now that we’ve covered meditation and mindfulness, what’s the difference. For starters, you need mindfulness to do meditation, but there are many ways to be mindful without sitting down and meditating. Read these articles to learn more about the difference.
