My undergraduate research experience has been such a new thing in my life that I had not much of an idea about beforehand. I’ve learned so much about research and how to create something meaningful. Being able to participate in undergraduate research has impacted my education greatly as I see how education can further be made into real world tangible research that helps others. In the future I would love to continue raising awareness of PMDs and advocate for all people who struggle with them. I want to see more research done if not by myself then by others because it is greatly needed and is life saving for so many people.
