My undergraduate research experience has not only taught me about the research process, but has sparked a passion in me to continue research in my field. During the past year in my group, I have enjoyed making discoveries as we analyzed our data. As a pre-dental student, I realize how important research is to providing better and better care for patients. After being involved in research during my undergraduate journey, I have a newfound goal of engaging in research in dental school and beyond.
