Faculty Mentor: Anna Beaudin (Hematology and Hematologic Malignancies, University of Utah)

I have been a part of undergraduate research since my second year as an undergraduate student. Working under the guidance of a mentor and having access to academic information and technology has allowed me to sharpen my laboratory skills and provide clarity on my vocational aspirations. Since having joined, I have been able to present my data with governmental employees, the Mexican consulate of Utah, and other opportunities, and it has shown me how impactful research can be for the community. I’m looking forward to implementing research into my career path.
