My undergraduate research experience has been incredible! My faculty mentor was amazing. She made sure to not only mentor me in how to conduct quality research but she also took the time to teach me useful information for my chosen field. The other research assistants I worked with were fantastic. I have gained so much from engaging in hands on research outside of the classroom. Additionally, this experience has equipped me with the tools and experience I will need to be successful in graduate school starting this fall. I believe that I will also be a much better consumer and producer of research for the rest of my life.
