- Time worked in hours (to the nearest ¼ hour)
- Location
- Activit(ies) and focus of the session (e.g., riding, grooming, lunging, driving, etc.)
- How did it go? What improved? What needs more work?
- Anything out of the ordinary (e.g., horse spooked, bad weather, horse injury, etc.)?
