He estado revisando la imagen del TAC de tórax. Se ve una lesión en la parte superior del pulmón derecho de aproximadamente 1,5cm. La forma del nódulo es muy redonda, está muy bien delimitado. Por tanto, podría tratarse de una lesión benigna. No obstante, con sus antecedentes, es importante completar el estudio de imagen con un PET-TAC. |

La entiendo, pero es importante hacer el PET-TAC. Respecto a la biopsia, una vez tengamos el resultado del PET, tomaremos la decisión. |
