| Patient |
I’m 55 years old. I don’t have any serious medical conditions. I take a pill at night for my cholesterol, but not regularly. There are a few members of my family with high cholesterol. A paternal uncle had a heart attack when he was around my age. |

I’ve been smoking a pack and a half a day since I was 18. |

It feels like a tightness in my chest. Sometimes it extends towards my jaw or left shoulder, causing that arm to go numb. It happens when I exert myself, and is happening more and more frequently. |

No, Doctor, just what I mentioned before. |

Sometimes I notice shortness of breath along with pain that forces me to stop. It passes in a few minutes and I keep doing what I was doing. |

Además, hasta la realización de las pruebas, debe iniciar tratamiento con estos dos medicamentos y tomarse de forma regular la pastilla del colesterol. Si el dolor aparece estando en reposo o no cede, debe acudir a urgencias. |
