Microsoft (MS) Teams is our primary communication tool. You can message colleagues, conduct real-time video meetings, or make phone calls.

Much of this information comes from the 2021 and 2023 Teams User Faculty Focus groups and was originally written for a faculty audience.  To adapt this to your ID work you might consider sharing this with faculty as appropriate for your course developments.
