43 Closed Captioning Workflow

All videos used in our courses must be closed captioned.  There are a variety of approaches to accomplish this depending on who owns the video. The Closed Captioning Workflow flowchart illustrates the decisions made to determine how a video has been closed captioned. The processes described in the Closed Captioning Workflow document have been approved by The Office of General Counsel.
