OneDrive is your own personal workspace. Most of your work needs to be captured on SharePoint.
SharePoint
SharePoint is a UVU cloud collection. IDA has a site where we get/file our “go to” documents for course developments.
You are added to the UVU SharePoint repository when you are hired. Seth Gurell (IDA Director) will add you to the IDA Course Development folder since he is the owner.

Main Folders
This is our current IDA Course Development space in SharePoint and has the following main folders we use regularly as for course development files.

- Course Design Plans
- Course Development Docs
- Course Review Responses
- Course Reviews
- IDA Internal Projects
- Mid Semester Surveys
- Storyline Resources and Migration
- StoryMaps Resources
Sub Folders
Course file structure within each folder noted above should be formatted as follows:
- Course ID (Folder)
- FIN
- Course ID, course#, InstructorLastName, Development semester
- FIN-3100_Wasden_DEV253
- Course ID, course#, InstructorLastName, Development semester
- Please note this is different than how we name our courses in Canvas:
- DEV_FIN-3100_Wasden_DEV253
- FIN
