A Note about the Audiobook

Hey everyone! This is Rik Andes, author of this textbook and the reader for the audiobook as well. In this text, there are quite a few footnotes sprinkled in here and there. This is an homage to the various footnotes scattered throughout the original Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Some of my footnotes contain important bits of information that may be useful to the reader, but many of them are just comedic bits that I couldn’t stop myself from inserting. As I’m reading the text, I will also read all of the footnotes regardless of how helpful they actually are. When a footnote begins, you’ll hear this sound, and when the footnote ends, this sound will announce that you are returning to the main text.
